Independent and unofficial
Puzzld. is a fan-made resource. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by or connected to The New York Times Company or any other puzzle publisher. We don't use their logos or branding, and we don't reproduce their puzzles. What we publish are our own written hints and a record of past answers, written by us for players who want a nudge rather than a spoiler.
How the hints work
Every day gets three hints that escalate in strength — a vague theme, a recognisable context, then a letter-level clue — followed by the answer behind a clearly labelled reveal button. Nothing spoils itself: you only see what you tap.
Games and tools
Everything here runs in your browser, works on a phone, and needs no account. Games are written from scratch and played locally; tools do their maths on your device. Nothing you type into a game or tool is sent to us.
